| Description | Ink sketches of a woman's profile. There are two sketches of a woman's face in profile, one of which continues to her bust, that have been hatched over. Below these sketches towards the gutter of the page and continuing onto Folio 54 recto (GRO/2/75), is the same profile which is highly detailed. The subject appears to be wearing a headband with loose curls falling around the edge of her face and neck. Romney has added elements of shadow and texture.
There are two ink lines away from the sketches. The line in the top left corner looks as though it may have been an early profile attempt.
