| Description | Two ink sketches. The first sketch is a line drawing which depicts a woman in profile, facing the left of the page, with her hair tied back. The second sketch on the lower half of the page depicts a woman in profile with her head turned down. Her eye is heavily detailed and hair falling around her face and neck are suggested by loose marks. She is looking at a baby below her [it might be presumed that the baby lays in her arms as the sketch runs off the page so the woman is only depicted from her shoulders upwards, however if this is the case the perspective of the sketch is incorrect]. The baby's face is fairly detailed and lays with its arm across its chest.
