To the lower right of the page there is a larger sketch of a woman with her head slightly tilted down from a three-quarters view. There are a few additional ink marks on this page away from sketches.
These sketches bear a striking resemblance to a portrait of Lady Frances Warren, as do those on Folio 28 recto and 28 verso (GRO/2/43, GRO/2/44). A letter regarding Warren's portrait appears towards the end of the volume.
