| Description | The volume has been rebound at an unknown date. The presumed original front cover of the volume has the following inscription: "Property of R. T. Richmond, Seascale, Cumberland.' It is thought to have been created either by him or John Richmond, the dating of c. 1899 has been derived from the date of The Index Catalogue of the Works of George Richmond (GRI/3) which is based on this volume.
The volume contains typed extracts from the diaries or account books of George Richmond spanning the years 1830 to 1893 from the original volumes, the second of which spanning 1853 to 1893 is GRI/1. Copied from the original volumes are details of portraits and other works completed by Richmond in individual years and reflections by Ricmond on events in his life.
