Description
Taylor is sorry to hear that Watts does not find the colours sent suitable and offers to send a grinder to him tomorrow morning; Taylor writes that further trials will be conducted with a fattened oil but fears that he will not get the consistency that Watts requires 'i.e. that of whipped cream'; Taylor offers Watts colours ground stiff in ordinary oil; Taylor asks Watts to return the pots that are useless to him.
