Description | Typescript copy of two letters transcribed onto a single page.
In the first, dated 22 August 1903, Watts requests a large tube of 'Lemon Aurolin, Lemon Yellow Stiff' and asks for someone competent to give their opinion on the distemper preparation.
In the second, dated 28 July 1903, Watts thanks Taylor for the distemper materials but writes that he did not tell Taylor he would be away from Little Holland House, and as a consequence the medium was spoilt before he could make use of it; Watts requests a pint of petroleum with the slowest evaporation.
