Watts writes that as Taylor has 'become the agent for Raffaƫlli's peculiar colours' he requests for some specimens of his colours out of curiosity but is satisfied with the specially ground colours and requests a tube of 'Raw Sienna'; Watts writes 'I can't imagine what Raffaƫlli sticks can be like'.
